Two pieces, one product
Why sets are specified together.
Colour has to match across two garments
Top and bottom are specified against the same colour standard and approved side by side, so a navy jacket does not arrive with a slightly different navy trouser.
Sizes rarely pair one-to-one
Buyers often need different size ratios for tops and bottoms. Tell us whether you sell sets or separates, and cutting and packing are planned to match.
Details should read as one design
Contrast panels, piping, zips and branding are decided once for both pieces, so the design language carries across the set.
Packing follows how you sell
Sets can be packed together or as separates, following your packing list.
Your RFQ
The spec sheet for a tracksuit or jogger.
| Specification | What to tell us | How it affects the quote |
|---|---|---|
| Fabric, top and bottom | The same fabric for both pieces or two different ones, with composition and GSM for each. | Two fabrics mean two sourcing lines and two sets of minimums. |
| Top style | Zip-through jacket, pullover or hooded top; collar or hood; cuff and hem finish. | Full-length zips and collars add trims and sewing time. |
| Waistband | Elastic width, internal or external drawcord, and how the waist is to be measured. | A covered elastic with drawcord takes more work than a simple elastic channel. |
| Leg & hem | Cuffed rib, open hem or ankle zip; inseam length and leg opening. | Ankle zips and tapered legs add operations and pattern work. |
| Pockets | Side-seam, zip or back pockets on each piece. | Zip pockets are among the most labour-intensive details in a set. |
| Sets or separates | Size ratio for tops and bottoms, and whether they are packed as sets. | Packing sets together changes carton assortment and handling. |
Quality
Checks that keep a set matched.
- 01Shade of top and bottom compared with each other and with the approved colour standard.
- 02Waistband elastic and drawcord attached securely, with the waist measured as specified.
- 03Inseam, outseam, rise and leg opening measured against your chart.
- 04Zips on jacket and pockets run smoothly and lie flat.
- 05Panels, piping and decoration aligned across both pieces, as on the sealed sample.

Questions
Tracksuit and jogger questions.
Can I order joggers without tops?
Yes. Joggers are produced as a standalone style to your waistband, pocket and leg specification, or as the bottom half of a set.
Do you produce tracksuits for teams and clubs?
Training and club sets can be produced to your specification, with crests or sponsor branding by print or embroidery. Where a fabric needs particular performance properties, those are confirmed against the fabric before bulk.
How are sets packed?
To your packing list — as matched sets in one bag, or as separates by size. State it in the enquiry, because it changes carton assortment.
Can the top and bottom be different fabrics?
Yes, if that is the design. Each fabric is sourced and approved separately, and the colour match between them is checked before bulk.
Send yourset specification.
Tech pack or reference set, fabric for each piece, and quantities per colour and size — for tops and bottoms separately if the ratios differ.
