“Custom” is an easy word to print on a website. This is precisely what you can specify on a production here — and where we confirm capability per project instead of over-promising.

    Patterns are developed to your measurement chart and fit comments, then graded across your size set — not squeezed out of a stock block that never quite matches.

  • Fabric and handfeel

    Core capability

    Fabric is sourced against your composition, weight and handfeel target and confirmed with you before cutting. If you only know how it should feel, we propose options.

  • Construction detail

    Core capability

    Seam types, stitch density, necklines, cuffs, hems, pockets and closures are agreed at development and fixed in the sealed sample bulk is measured against.

  • Print and embroidery

    Core capability

    Screen printing, other print methods and embroidery are available. Technique, size and colours are matched to your artwork and fabric, then approved on the sample.

  • Labels, tags and presentation

    Core capability

    Brand, size and care labels, hang tags, folding and polybag presentation follow your placement and packing specification.

  • Washes and special finishes

    Confirmed per project

    Garment washes and special finishes are confirmed per project, so we never promise a treatment we cannot control on your timeline.

Custom and private label overlap but answer different questions: private label is about your brand on a finished range, custom is about the garment itself being exactly what you designed. Many projects are both — compare private label, custom and OEM.

How a custom idea becomes buildable.

Most custom enquiries arrive as a picture and a paragraph. The work that decides whether bulk goes well is turning that into a document a production line can follow.

    Your brief

    A sketch, a reference garment or photos, with notes on what must be different: fit, fabric, details, artwork.

  2. 02

    A written specification

    We turn the brief into a measurement chart, construction notes, a fabric and trim list and artwork placements — the document both sides sign off.

  3. 03

    Development sample

    The first physical version, checked against the specification and your comments, then revised.

  4. 04

    Sealed sample

    The revision you approve in writing. Bulk production and final inspection are both measured against it.

There is no list price for a garment that does not exist yet. These are the choices that change the number, so you can decide where to spend.

  • Fabric composition and weight — usually the largest single line in a custom costing.
  • How many colourways you want, since each can bring its own fabric and trim minimums.
  • Decoration: the technique, the number of colours and how many positions carry artwork.
  • The spread of sizes, which changes how much fabric every style consumes.
  • Trims, labels and the packaging presentation you specify.
  • Quantity per style and per colour.

What buyers ask before starting a custom development.

What can I actually customise?

Fit, pattern and grading, fabric and weight, construction details, print and embroidery, and all labelling and packing presentation. Washes and special finishes are confirmed per project before they are quoted.

How large does a custom order need to be?

Custom development makes sense for production runs rather than one-off pieces. Feasibility depends on fabric, colourways and decoration, so state your intended quantity per style and colour and we will tell you before any development starts whether it suits our lines.

How do I explain a custom design without a tech pack?

Send a reference garment or clear photos, plus notes on what you want changed — fit, fabric, details. We document it into a written specification during development so there is a single reference before sampling.

Will my custom design be sold to anyone else?

No. Your designs and specifications are treated as commercially confidential, are used only for your order, and remain your property. A mutual NDA can be signed before development begins.
