Nothing on this website is an offer, a quotation or a binding commitment to produce. A binding commitment arises only from a written quotation or order confirmation issued by us and accepted by you.

Quotations are prepared against the specification you provide. If the specification changes — fabric, construction, trims, branding, packing or quantity — the quotation may change with it.

Lead times quoted are estimates based on the production schedule at the time of quoting and are confirmed at order confirmation.

You keep all rights in the designs, tech packs, artwork, trademarks and brand assets you send us. We use them only to evaluate, quote and produce your order.

By sending material you confirm that you are entitled to have it produced, and that doing so does not infringe anyone else’s rights.

We treat product specifications, artwork and commercial details you send as confidential. We are happy to sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement before development begins.
