OEM garment manufacturing:you own the spec,we build to it.

Dilshad & Sons (Private) Limited manufactures OEM garments in Faisalabad, Pakistan, for companies that already know exactly what they need — a tech pack, a measurement chart, a standard to hold us to. Our job is disciplined technical execution, order after order.

The production handoff

What happens to your tech pack here.

OEM sourcing fails at the handoff — a pack quoted without being read, sampled without being measured, produced without being checked. This is how we run it instead.
  1. 01

Tech pack review, not a blind quote

We read your pack before pricing it: construction, measurement chart and tolerances, bill of materials, artwork placements. Questions that affect cost or feasibility come back in one consolidated round, not one email at a time.

  2. 02

    Costed against your BOM

The quotation follows your specification line by line — fabric, trims, decoration, labour, packing — so your costing team can see exactly what moved if a revision changes the price.

  3. 03

    Counter sample against your chart

We produce a counter sample and submit it with measurements recorded against your size chart and tolerances. Comments are applied in documented revision rounds until you seal it.

  4. 04

    Bulk to the sealed standard

The production line and the QC team work to the same sealed sample and measurement sheet. Measurements are checked against your stated tolerances, not against operator judgement.

  5. 05

    Built for the repeat order

A repeat purchase order re-enters production against the same reference, which is what makes moving an OEM style worthwhile.

Documentation

What stays on file for every style.

Procurement teams moving production need to know the factory will not re-learn the product on each order. These records are what a reorder is built from.
  • Sealed sample

The approved physical reference, kept for every repeat order of the style.

  • Measurement record

Counter-sample measurements logged against your chart and tolerances.

  • Specification revisions

Every change confirmed in writing; the sealed sample is only replaced on your approval.

  • Patterns and approved trims

Held against the style, so a reorder does not start from memory.

Questions

OEM production, answered.

The technical questions procurement teams ask first.

What does OEM mean at Dilshad & Sons (Private) Limited?

You own the design and specification; we manufacture to it. Your tech pack, measurement chart and BOM define the product — our job is technical execution, sampling against your chart, and bulk production that repeats accurately.

What should an OEM enquiry include?

Your tech pack or spec sheet, measurement chart with tolerances, quantity with size and colour breakdown, target price if you have one, and required delivery date. If anything is missing we tell you what we need rather than guessing.

Can you work from a production sample instead of a tech pack?

Yes. We can reverse-document an existing garment into a working specification, take measurements, and confirm construction with you in writing before sampling.

How do you handle revisions to a live specification?

Spec changes are confirmed in writing and re-costed where they affect materials or labour. The sealed sample is updated only on your written approval, so there is never confusion about which version bulk follows.

Do you accommodate third-party or buyer QC?

Yes. Your own QA team, buying office or an appointed inspection agency can audit and inspect before shipment — we would rather a problem is found on our floor than in your warehouse.

Have a tech packready to place?

Attach it to the enquiry form with your quantity and delivery date. We will review it properly and come back with a line-by-line quotation.
