We collect only the information you choose to submit through the enquiry and quotation forms on this website: your name, company name, email address, phone number, country, and the product, quantity, branding, packaging and delivery details you provide.

If you attach a tech pack, specification, artwork or reference images, we receive those files.

Our server logs the IP address of form submissions for a short period. This is used to rate-limit abuse of the forms, and for no other purpose.

Your information is used to respond to your enquiry: to review your requirement, ask follow-up questions, prepare a quotation and, if you proceed, to run your order.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Form submissions are delivered to our business mailboxes by email. Attachments are sent with that email and are not published on the website or stored in a public location.

Product details, specifications and artwork you send are treated as commercially confidential and are shared internally only with the people who need them to respond to your enquiry.

Enquiry correspondence is retained in our business mailboxes for as long as it is commercially relevant — for example, so a repeat order can be produced to the same specification.

You can ask us to delete your enquiry and any files you sent at any time.

Anti-spam verification on our forms may be provided by Cloudflare Turnstile, which receives a challenge token from your browser in order to confirm the submission is not automated.

If website analytics are enabled, they are configured with IP anonymisation and are used only to understand which pages are visited. Analytics are not used to identify individual visitors.

Email delivery is handled by our email provider.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Any cookie set by the anti-spam or analytics services above is limited to their stated purpose.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted.
