How an order runs
From first email to packed cartons.
- 01
Send your requirement
Product type, estimated quantity, target market and whatever reference you have — a tech pack, a sample garment or clear photographs. A finished tech pack is not required to start.
- 02
Production review
We check the product against our machinery, line setup and schedule and tell you plainly whether it fits. If it needs a process we do not control, we say so before quoting.
- 03
Specification & quotation
The requirement is written up as a specification — fabric, construction, trims, branding, packing, quantity — and quoted line by line so your costing team can compare it properly.
- 04
Sampling before bulk
A sample is produced and revised until you approve it in writing. That sealed sample becomes the single reference for the bulk run and for final inspection.
- 05
Bulk production & inspection
Cutting, sewing, finishing and packing run against the approved sample with in-line and end-line checks. Your own inspector or a third-party agency is welcome before shipment.

Sourcing from Pakistan
What you should honestly expect.
A textile economy, not just a sewing base
Pakistan has a long-established textile and apparel manufacturing base, and Faisalabad — where the factory is — is one of the country’s principal textile cities, with spinning, weaving, dyeing and finishing mills in the region.
A direct factory relationship
Working with us means dealing with the production floor itself, not a trading company relaying messages to a factory you never see.
Written, English-language communication
Enquiries, specifications and approvals are handled in English and in writing, so nothing important lives only in a phone call.
An honest starting point
The factory has supplied Pakistan’s wholesale market since 2015 and is now expanding into export manufacturing. We would rather tell you exactly where we are than claim an export history we do not have.
Questions
Before you contact a Pakistani factory.
Is Dilshad & Sons (Private) Limited a factory or a trading company?
A factory. Cutting, sewing, finishing and packing happen on our own floor in Faisalabad under our supervision. When you ask for a change or a date, you are talking to the people who control it.
Which garments do you manufacture?
T-shirts, polo shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, tracksuits, joggers, shorts, workwear & uniforms, kidswear and sportswear — each developed to the buyer’s specification rather than sold from a catalogue.
Do you work with international buyers?
Yes. We have manufactured for Pakistan’s wholesale market since 2015 and are building international manufacturing partnerships. Written specifications, sealed samples, documented inspection and packing to your list are organised around how overseas buyers work.
Can I visit the factory before ordering?
Yes. Buyer visits, buying-office audits and third-party inspections are welcome, and a live video walkthrough of the floor can be arranged if travel is not practical.
