Quality is built into the process.

Inspection is scheduled into the production plan, not added at the end of it. Faults found inside the line are corrected while correction is still cheap.

    Incoming material inspection

    Fabric and trims are checked on arrival against the approved specification before they are released to cutting.

    In-line checks

    Checks inside the running line so construction faults are found while they can still be corrected cheaply.

  3. 03

    Measurement checks

    Garments are measured against the approved size set and tolerance, not against an operator’s judgement.

  4. 04

    Workmanship inspection

    Stitching, seams, trims and attachments are inspected against the sealed sample.

  5. 05

    Finishing check

    Pressing, trimming and presentation are verified before the garment moves to packing.

  6. 06

    Final inspection

    A final check on the packed lot before it is released for dispatch.

  7. 07

    Packing verification

    Assortment, quantities, labels and carton marks are verified against your packing list.

Buyer controls

What you can hold us to.

A quality claim only means something if the buyer can verify it. These are the controls that put the verification in your hands.

  • Sealed sample

    The sample you approve is sealed and becomes the single reference for the line and for inspection. Disputes are settled against it, not against memory.

  • Measurement sheet

    Your size set and tolerances are documented before bulk. Garments are measured against that sheet, not judged by eye.

  • Your inspector is welcome

    Buyer QA, a buying office or a third-party agency can inspect before shipment. We would rather a problem was found in our factory than in your warehouse.

  • Documented packing

    Assortment, quantities, labels and carton marks are verified against your packing list before the lot is released.

Vendor onboarding documents

We do not publish certification marks we have not earned. Company registration documents, factory details and any testing or inspection reports relevant to your order are shared directly with buyers during vendor onboarding.
