Factory

Before a buyer commits to production, they want to see where it happens. This is the route an order takes through our floor — and you are welcome to walk it in person.

Cutting
Marker planning and cutting against approved patterns, with bundles numbered so panels stay tracked through the line.
Stitching floor
Production lines run to the sealed sample, with checks inside the run so faults are corrected while correction is cheap.
Finishing
Trimming, pressing and presentation, with measurements verified before a garment reaches packing.
Quality control
Measurement, workmanship and finishing are checked against the approved sample, and defects are returned for correction.
Packing & dispatch
Folding, tagging, bagging and carton packing to your packing list, with assortment and carton marks verified.

See the line running your order.
Buyers, buying offices and third-party inspectors are welcome at the factory. If travel is not practical, we can arrange a live video walkthrough of the floor while your order is in production.
