A digitalfactory visit.

Before a buyer commits to production, they want to see where it happens. This is the route an order takes through our floor — and you are welcome to walk it in person.

Fabric and trims are received, checked against the approved specification and held until they are released to cutting.

Production lines run to the sealed sample, with checks inside the run so faults are corrected while correction is cheap.

Measurement, workmanship and finishing are checked against the approved sample, and defects are returned for correction.

Buyers, buying offices and third-party inspectors are welcome at the factory. If travel is not practical, we can arrange a live video walkthrough of the floor while your order is in production.
