Dilshad & Sons (Private) Limited manufactures garments in Pakistan. Production is our own operation — cutting, stitching, finishing and packing happen on our floor, under our supervision, against a specification agreed with the buyer.

That matters commercially. When a measurement is wrong or a delivery date moves, we are the people who can change it, rather than passing a message to a factory we do not control.

Our existing business supplies the Pakistan wholesale market. Wholesale is unforgiving work: margins are thin, repeat orders have to match the last delivery, and a buyer who receives an inconsistent lot simply does not return.

That has shaped how the factory runs — a sealed sample as the single reference, documented measurements, and checks inside the line rather than a scramble at dispatch.

We are expanding the factory and building the processes international buyers expect: written specifications, formal sample approval, documented inspection and packing that matches a buyer’s packing list.

We are early in that journey and we say so plainly. What we can offer today is direct manufacturing, disciplined sampling and a team that answers quickly — and the willingness to be audited on all three.

Most production disputes trace back to something that was assumed rather than agreed. Our process is designed to remove those assumptions early: specification first, sample second, bulk third.

Nothing enters bulk production until there is an approved sample the line can be measured against — and that same sample is what our inspection team checks the finished garment against.

We are not looking for a single order. The economics of garment manufacturing only work for both sides when a buyer returns, because the second run is always better than the first: the pattern is proven, the fabric is known and the line has built the product before.

Our aim is to be the factory a brand keeps, and to grow capacity in step with the buyers who grow with us.
