How we work

Ten stages.No surprises.

Every order moves through the same sequence, and each stage has something that must be confirmed before the next begins. You always know where your production is and what it is waiting on.

  1. Enquiry

You send the product, quantity and target market. We confirm whether the requirement fits our production setup before anything else.

  2. Product / tech pack review

We review your tech pack, reference sample or product images and come back with the questions that actually affect cost and construction.

  3. Costing

A written quotation against a defined specification — fabric, construction, trims, branding, packing and quantity — so the price can be compared line by line.

  4. Development

Fabric and trim sourcing, pattern development and construction decisions are finalised against the approved specification.

  5. Sampling

A sample is produced for your review, with measurements and construction documented against the spec sheet.

  6. Approval

Comments are applied and revised samples are issued until you approve fit, fabric, colour and branding in writing.

  7. Bulk production

Cutting and stitching run against the approved sample and an agreed production plan, with progress reported through the run.

  8. Quality control

In-line and end-line checks on measurement, workmanship and finishing, with defects pulled back for correction before packing.

  9. Packing

Folding, tagging, polybagging and carton packing to your packing list, with assortment and carton marks verified.

  10. Shipment

Goods are prepared for dispatch with the documentation your forwarder or buying office requires.

Questions

Before you send an enquiry.

If your question is not answered here, ask it in the enquiry form — it will reach the same team.

How do I start a production enquiry?

Send your product details through the Request a Quote form, with a tech pack, reference images or a sample description. We confirm whether the product fits our production setup and come back with the questions that affect cost and construction.

I don’t have a tech pack. Can you still quote?

Yes. A reference garment, clear photographs and a description of fabric, fit and finish are enough to begin. We document the specification as part of development so there is a written reference before bulk starts.

Can you produce under our own brand?

Yes. Private-label and OEM production is what the factory is set up for — your labels, tags and packaging are applied to your placement and packing specification.

Do you produce samples before bulk?

Yes. Bulk is only released against a sample you have approved in writing. That approved sample becomes the reference the production line and the inspection team work to.

How is quality controlled?

Material is checked on intake, garments are checked inside the running line and again at end-line, and measurement and workmanship are verified against the approved sample before packing is signed off.

Can our own inspector or buying office visit?

Buyer visits and buyer-appointed inspection are welcome. Contact the export desk to arrange a visit or a video walkthrough of the production floor.
